The location is definitely a bonus for the Dom Christmas market - only steps away! The shopping street below did not bother us noise wise and all our rooms were right above the street. Pretty basic hotel but with very comfortable beds and pillows, very nice staff, simple but tasty breakfast - would stay here again.

Fantastic location! Also great staff especially Mr Marouen Jeboli, who was exceptionally helpful. The lift was broken when we arrived, and my friend being very senior, and we checked in quite late, but he helped us to find a room at the first floor, also helped with all the suitcases. There is no tea making facility in our room, Mr Jeboli had provided us with a thermos of hot water. And he was very patient and helpful with informations on the restaurants shops taxi booking etc

I'd give location a 10. It's very convenient. The guy at reception was very friendly and helpful. He was able to arrange a packed breakfast as I was leaving early.

The staff was wonderful. Warm friendly at all times. Helpful. Cheerful. Seems to be a family run business. The room is small by USA standards, but clean and plenty big enough for the time I spent in the room. Breakfast is simple, but a bargain. Everything was fresh. Dining area formal. Always someone there to add food or assist. Great location for shopping and touring all over Cologne. Very convenient to the train station. I definitely recommend this hotel.

location is everything when you are visiting a new place. The hotel was very close to the train station and several of the Christmas Markets, which made walking everywhere easy. The staff was very friendly and always had a smile.

+ Great location close to the main train station, cathedral, shopping area, public transportation. + All hotel staff very friendly, hospitable + They even found a small shower chair for us and set it up in the shower. Typical German breakfast. We thought it was good, no complaints.

Location right in City Centre is good for shops, sites (next to Dom) and the bars/restaurants on the river. The staff were brilliant with us, so friendly. Breakfast is good. And AC which was a blessing.

Probably the best location in the city,all the staff were incredible friendly and helpful,good sized rooms,good breakfast, we will be back and would highly recommend to anyone.also great value,if this was the X factor I would be giving them the gold buzzar

Very good location right next to the cathedral. Staff was very nice and helpful. Wifi was excellent. Rooms comfortable and also very good air conditioning which is not easy to come across. Also breakfast was included and was very good and complete
